As a result of the movement and shaking of the belt, the ridge is crushed and the soil is poured through the conveyor rods, while at the same time the excavated plant tuber/root is transferred to the rear of the machine.
At the back of the digger, appropriately profiled chute grates are used, which direct the dug potatoes to the ridge behind the digger.
