Sunflower concentrate "Gourmand" - TM AGRO-V - original 10

Sunflower concentrate "Gourman" is a new product on the market of protein meals and cakes.

This is a product with the following indicators:

Protein - not less than 45% (on a crude basis)
Fiber - no more than 12%
Fat - no more than 1%
Humidity - no more than 7%
Metabolic energy - 250 kcal/100 g.
Protein digestibility - 90.6%

According to research (research site of the Dutch company Schothorst), "Gourman" can become an effective partial or complete substitute for soy products (meal and cake), due to the fact that due to the decrease in the fiber content in sunflower meal, the digestibility of its nutrients has approached the digestibility of soy. In addition, the excellent characteristics of the amino acid composition in sunflower protein have had a compensating effect in the soy-sunflower relationship. This is evidenced by the ratio of lysine and methionine, lysine and arginine, and other amino acids.

Experiments have shown that under the influence of high-protein sunflower concentrate, poultry formed the most complete meat products. The concentration of protein in chicken meat increased, and its composition included lysine, methionine, valine and other amino acids.

It has also been proven that the introduction of sunflower concentrate in the early stages of growth ensures the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract of chickens, and the content of vitamins A and E in the liver of the bird increases. Thus, replacing soybean meal with high-protein sunflower concentrate has justified itself zootechnically and economically.
